This cookbook installs and configures the Wavefront proxy for VMware Aria Operations for Applications.
Prerequisites
As a prerequisite to run the cookbook, make sure that Python 3.x, JDK 11.x and curl is installed on the node.
Basic Usage
The default recipe installs and configures the Wavefront proxy with VMware Cloud services capabilities and Telegraf. The configuration for this service, including the VMware Cloud services access token and OAuth credentials, can be tuned using the node attributes. This cookbook is to be deprecated since this is a duplicate of wavefrontv2 cookbook. Hence Wavefront proxy and Telegraf can be installed using wavefrontv2 cookbook.
