Description
Installs platform specific readline binaries, and development libraries.
Attributes
- readline['packages']
- Set the list of platform specific readline packages.
- Defaults to "readline", "readline-devel" on Redhat family platforms
- Defaults to "libreadline-dev", "libreadline5" on Debian family platforms
Usage
Put recipe[readline] in the run list to ensure applications requiring readline
or development libraries will have these packages available.
